Situated right in the heart of the spa town of Harrogate, this 150-year-old former Victorian warehouse has been beautifully converted to create stunning accommodation for families and friends.

Formerly a Victorian joiner’s workshop and more recently an ironmonger, this fantastic, newly converted, detached warehouse property is located in the centre of the vibrant town of Harrogate. With an abundance of shops, bars, and restaurants straight from the doorstep, you will not be short of something to do. Explore the immaculate gardens, elegant architecture, and broad tree-lined boulevards of the town, or take a dip in the opulent Turkish Baths with their plunge pool. The stunning scenery of Nidderdale AONB (15 miles) and the Yorkshire Dales National Park (13 miles) are within a short drive, providing endless walks and cycle trails through beautiful countryside. For family days out, visit the magnificent natural formations at Brimham Rocks or the medieval ruins at Fountains Abbey, both just 10 miles away.

As you step into this unique property, you will be instantly wowed by the exposed brick walls, beamed ceilings, and a plethora of original features. Kick off your walking boots and hang up your coats by the door and venture upstairs to the generous living space. A spacious lounge/diner provides the ideal place for all the family or group to relax, with comfortable sofas situated in front of a welcoming wood burner, there is also a built in fridge in a store unit within the lounge area. Gather around the stylish dining table and enjoy a home-cooked meal or open the bi-fold doors of the south-facing Juliet balcony and let in the summer air. You will also find a cosy twin zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made into a super-king-size on request at the time of booking) and a shower room with shower and WC. Down a final flight of stairs to the lower ground floor are two further bedrooms - one super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as twins on request) and one single. To complete this wonderful property is a bright and spacious family bathroom that benefits from a rainfall shower-over-the-bath and WC.

Perfect location & a garage which is very unusual for Harrogate. Owner really accommodating & helpful. The 2nd year we have stayed & it will always be our go-to whenever we stay in Harrogate. Spacious for 5 adults & everything you need. High standard of cleaning, very warm & cozy. Train & bus station 5 minute walk, used both (to Leeds & KnaresborouRead moregh), efficient & reliable. Caught the bus to knaresborough & did the scenic walk back to Harrogate (1hr 20mins). Highly recommend this property. Hide

A great little find in the centre of the town. We came for the knit and stitch show at the conference centre and also stayed last year. Great to have the heating full on as it was snowing outside. Nice comfy beds and a very clean apartment. The host was really helpful when we rang with a querie. We will be back!

A stylish and well renovated property in a brilliant location in the town with everything accessible on foot. We parked the car and didn't need it for our whole stay as everything was so close by. The layout is quite 'vertical' with the kitchen on the entry level and the dining and living space on the upper floor. Lots of fun getting settled in oveRead morer the three floors. The location of this property is second to none - less than 5 minutes walk from several excellent restaurants. Having a garage nearby is also a huge plus. The property itself is very comfortable and well equipped. The wooden staircase going to the upper floor might be a bit challenging for someone with mobility issues. Really lovely property in a superb location very close to the town centre shops and restaurants as well as the bus and train stations. The property is very well equipped, we found the beds really comfortable and the use of 2 garages was great. We really enjoyed our stay there.

A beautiful loft apartment in a super location to access the town centre, restaurants, bus and train stations. We used it as a base for a visit to the Great Yorkshire Show and it was perfect. Really thoughtfully finished throughout, comfortable nd very convenient to have a garage to park in as well.

We loved Dobsons Loft - its a really well equipped, cosy holiday home in a great location near the centre of town. The living room was the perfect space for spending time with our extended family, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Absolutely 1st class accommodation. We loved the location, the building, the furnishings and comfort of Dobsons Loft. So spotlessly clean and well equipped. Would certainly recommend. The thoughtfulness of Christmas Tree and plenty logs added to the seasonal cheer.

Lovely newly developed property in a central location & 2 garages. Everything was perfect. We were 4 adults (but sleeps 5) & this has everything you need in a perfect location, a 2 minute walk to the town & station (5 mins). Garage is a real bonus especially when it snowed as we didnt need to clear the car. Lacked for nothing & everything has been Read moredone to a high spec, would highly recommend. Hobsons Loft is a great little house in the centre of Harrogate. It was beautifully clean and warm on arrival, with a great layout. We loved the open plan lounge/diner on the first floor, the kitchen on the main floor was well equipped, and the bedrooms were great and suited our needs perfectly.showers were great too.

What a find. This cleverly renovated property is a great place from which to explore Harrogate and Yorkshie. The decor is as in the photos, if anything, the photos don't do it justice. Sensor lights in the hallways and bathrooms are a clever touch for night time loo trips. The parking spaces/garages are so useful. The property is absolutely stunning, very clean, lovely comfortable furniture and beds. It was very clean and had all the equipment needed for a stay away from home. The location is perfect, so close to the town centre, the park, lots of nice restaurants a couple of minutes walk from the property. Also comes with 2 garages, so no parking fees!
