This charming mid-terrace house is located in the picturesque market town of Knaresborough, 4 miles north-east of the Victorian spa town, Harrogate. Spacious and full of character, it will feel like a home away from home, whether you're in Yorkshire on business or for pleasure. As well as being close to the Harrogate Convention Centre and Yorkshire Events Centre, the Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Beauty is within 10 miles, as are plenty of visitor attractions.
This traditional Yorkshire cottage is as attractive on the outside as it is on the inside. Heading through the hallway into the lounge, the tasteful traditional decor adds character and comfort, with the open fire providing the finishing touch. Moving through the spacious dining room, you will come to the large, well-equipped kitchen that leads out to the rear garden. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (one king-size, one double and one bunk bed) and a family bathroom, which is in addition to the ground-floor shower room. Outside, a pretty garden offers the perfect spot for a morning coffee as the sun rises.
Steeped in history, Knaresborough is a wonderful market town with lots of narrow streets of shops and eateries to explore. It also has good transport links with York and London, via Harrogate. Sitting above Nidd Gorge, it has a castle, museum and what is thought to be England's oldest tourist attraction, Mother Shipton's Cave and Petrifying Well. Nearby Nidd Gorge (2 miles) offers a peaceful setting where you can enjoy the scenery and wildlife whilst taking a leisurely stroll. You could also visit RHS Garden Harlow Carr (6 miles).
