Situated on the owner’s 200-acre farm in the Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this beautifully converted Yorkshire stone barn offers cosy accommodation with panoramic views. Set in a tranquil spot, this is an ideal base for families, cyclists, walkers, or visitors to the Harrogate Convention Centre (11 miles). There are opportunities to meet the farm animals and tours of the milking parlour can be arranged. A cot and highchair are provided. Two dogs are welcome, but need to be kept on a lead.
This lovely cottage is attached to the owner''s farmhouse. Five steps lead up to the single-level property, which offers a light and stylish open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner and two comfortable bedrooms, a king size bed which can be split into singles on request and a 6’ super-king-size bed, which can also be split into two singles on request, and has an additional Z bed. Both bedrooms having ensuite shower rooms. There is a charming garden with hot tub – you’re welcome to bring your own BBQ. Parking is available for two cars, and there’s also bike storage and horse stabling available.
There are fantastic walks to be enjoyed from the doorstep, and the Stainburn Forest bike trail is less than a mile away. You can enjoy the Nidderdale Way or the Six Dales Trail, or head to Brimham Rocks and explore the Yorkshire Dales (both 10 miles). The bustling town of Pateley Bridge (13 miles) offers some lovely pubs and restaurants, or you could head to the historic spa town of Harrogate (11 miles) with its wide selection of parks, attractions and eateries.
